Pokémon soft releases – no guarantee of delivery on release date
Pokémon products have a so-called soft release . This means the official release date is not a hard guarantee of delivery on that day. Delivery to stores is often phased and depends on when we receive the products from the wholesaler or supplier. We ship as soon as we receive the product and it is approved for shipping according to the guidelines.

Please note: shipping will only take place once your entire order is in stock.
If you've combined a pre-order with other products, we'll only ship your order when all items are in stock . If you'd like to receive products that are already available sooner, please place two separate orders to avoid delays.
