You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product(s). You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs, but excluding return shipping costs.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to sell it, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
Which products cannot I return?
It is not possible to return the following products to us, and they are therefore excluded from the returns policy:
- Products that contain collector cards where the seal has been removed;
- Products containing collectible cards where the contents have been opened (and may or may not have been resealed);
- (Sleeved) booster packs;
- Mystery Boxes;
- Singles;
- Booster boxes.
How can I return products?

We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of receipt of your return, provided the products have been received in good order.
