Returns Policy
🔄 Returns & right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product(s). You will receive the full order amount including shipping costs back, but excluding return costs.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, we ask you to return the product with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
If a product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, this depreciation in value may be charged to you. We therefore advise you to handle the product carefully and package it well when returning it.
❌ Which products cannot be returned?
Due to fluctuating market value and the risk of loss of value, the following products cannot be returned:
- Products with collectible cards from which the seal has been removed
- Products with collectible cards that have been opened (even if resealed)
- (Sleeved) booster packs
- Mystery boxes
- Singles
- Booster boxes

You can easily return your order or products via our returns portal. Click on the link below, fill in your details and you will automatically receive a PostNL return label.

For faster processing of your return, you can add a note with your order number in the box.
Please note that we charge €5.99 for processing a return.
💳 Refund
Once we have received your return in good order, we will refund the amount due within 14 days via the original payment method.
