Orders can only be delivered in the Netherlands or Belgium. Shipping to other countries is unfortunately not possible.

If you choose Trunkrs, you will receive your order the same evening.
🕚 Before 9:00 PM (letterbox parcels)
Your order will be shipped the same day (if the product can be sent as a letterbox parcel).

Your order will be shipped the same day and usually delivered the next day.
📅 Sunday before 8:00 PM
Weekend orders will be shipped no later than Sunday and delivered on Monday.

💰 What are the shipping costs?
We ship all our orders via PostNL and provide each shipment with a track & trace code. You will automatically receive this as soon as your order has been shipped.
Evening delivery and same-day delivery are only available within the Netherlands.

Orders that fit into a letterbox are, if possible, sent as letterbox parcels via PostNL or DHL, including track & trace. With the exception of singles and slabs, a standard shipping rate of €4.99 applies.
📦 Shipping of singles & slabs
Our singles and slabs are shipped separately from other products. If you order both at the same time, double shipping costs may be charged. Shipping is only possible to the Netherlands and Belgium. The delivery time for singles and slabs is 1 to 3 working days.
Shipping costs for singles/slabs: €4.99.
Example: you order €200 worth of products, of which €50 are singles/slabs and €150 are other products. In this case, the shipping costs for the singles/slabs are €4.99 and the other products are shipped for free. You will receive two separate packages.
📍 Where can I have my order delivered?
When finalizing your order, you can choose home delivery or a PostNL collection point. If you choose a collection point, your order will be sent directly there.
📦 Combining in-stock products & pre-orders
Please note: orders are only shipped once all products are in stock. If you combine in-stock products with a pre-order, your entire order will only be shipped once the pre-order is available.
We therefore recommend placing separate orders: one for in-stock items and one for the pre-order. This way you will receive your in-stock products immediately.
