What is the delivery time for my order?
Did you order before 3:00 PM on workdays? Then you will receive it the next working day! Pre-orders will be delivered on the specified release date. We will always inform you if an order cannot be delivered on time.
What are the shipping costs?
We use GLS to ship your order. We send a track & trace code with every order, which you will automatically receive once your order has been shipped.

Can I change my delivery preference?
We will deliver your order to your home as standard. You can have your order delivered to a neighbor, a safe place or a GLS Service Point. You can do this yourself via the GLS Track & Trace page.
- You can change the choice of neighbor or safe place up to 5 minutes before delivery
- You can change your choice for a Collection Point or Parcel Machine up to the evening before delivery
I want to order in-stock products and pre-orders. What now?
Orders will only be shipped once all products are in stock. Do you have a combination of in-stock products and pre-orders in your order? Your order will only be shipped once all products are in stock. We therefore always recommend that you place 2 separate orders: 1 order with in-stock products and 1 order with the pre-order. This way, your order with in-stock products will be shipped immediately, and you do not have to wait until the pre-order is released.
