At Cardstore, we do our utmost to ship your order as quickly as possible. If you place your order on a weekday before 10:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day, provided all products are in stock.

Where do we deliver?

We ship to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Delivery time

The Netherlands

Trunkrs (Same Day Delivery)
If you order on a weekday before 10:00 AM and choose Trunkrs, your order will be delivered the same evening.

Letterbox parcel
Orders that can be sent as a letterbox parcel and are placed on weekdays before 9:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

Standard shipping
Orders placed on weekdays before 10:00 PM will be shipped the same day. In most cases, the order will be delivered the next business day.

Sunday
Orders placed on Sunday before 8:00 PM will be shipped by Sunday at the latest and usually delivered on Monday.

Belgium

Orders placed on weekdays before 10:00 PM will be shipped the same day. In most cases, the order will be delivered the next business day.

Orders placed on Sunday before 8:00 PM will be shipped by Sunday at the latest and usually delivered on Monday.

The stated delivery times are indicative. In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer due to delays with the carrier.

Shipping costs

All orders are shipped with Track & Trace. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the track & trace code.

If an order can be sent as a letterbox parcel, we use PostNL or DHL.

Singles and slabs

Singles and slabs are shipped from a separate location. If you order them together with other products, you may receive the order in multiple shipments. Separate shipping costs may be charged for this.

• Shipping costs: €4.99
• Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days

Example

If you order €200 worth of products, of which €150 are regular products and €50 are singles, the regular products will be shipped for free. For the singles, you will pay €4.99 shipping costs because they are sent from a different location.

Stock and pre-orders

Orders will be shipped once all products in the order are in stock.

If you order a pre-order together with an in-stock product, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order is available.

Do you want to receive in-stock products sooner? Then place a separate order for the pre-order.

Delivery

During checkout, you can choose home delivery or delivery to a PostNL pick-up point. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code with which you can track the shipment.
