Shipping & Delivery Time
What is the delivery time of my order?
For orders within the Netherlands, orders placed before 11:00 PM are shipped the same day (except Saturdays). For letterbox packages, orders placed before 9:00 PM are shipped the same day.
For Belgium: ordered before 10 PM , shipped the same day.
Want your order delivered the same day ? Place your order before 10:00 AM and choose Trunkrs for delivery.
The delivery time for singles and slabs is 1-3 working days .
Pre-orders will be delivered on the listed release date . If there's a delay, we'll always notify you.
What are the shipping costs?
We ship all our orders via PostNL and provide each shipment with a track & trace code. You'll receive this automatically once your order has been shipped.

*Orders that fit through a letterbox will, if possible, be sent as a letterbox package via PostNL or DHL, including track & trace.
Shipping of singles and slabs
Our singles and bibs are shipped separately from other products. If you order both at the same time, you may be charged double shipping costs . Shipping is only available to the Netherlands and Belgium.
Shipping costs for singles/bibs: €4.99 .
Example: You order €200 worth of products, €100 of which is for singles/bibs and €100 for other products. In this case, the shipping cost for the singles/bibs is €4.99, and the other products are shipped free. You will receive two separate packages.
Where can I have my order delivered?
When completing your order, you can choose between home delivery or a PostNL collection point . If you choose a collection point, your order will be sent there directly.
Combine Stock Products & Pre-orders
Please note: Orders will only be shipped once all products are in stock . If you combine stock items with a pre-order, your entire order will only be shipped once the pre-order is available.
We therefore recommend placing separate orders: one for in-stock items and one for pre-orders. This way, you'll receive your stock items immediately.
