The Pokémon Company will release the first 151 Pokémon in a special subset called "Pokémon Card 151". In addition, this set also marks the return of Kadabra, after Uri Geller gave The Pokémon Company permission to use Kadabra again at the end of 2020. The cards are released in chronological order by Pokémon number, meaning Bulbasaur is #001 and Pikachu is #025.

The set has a total of 165 cards excluding the Secret Rares. The set will be released in Japan on June 16. It is not yet known when the European set will be released, but this is expected to be Q4.
