If you order before 10 PM on weekdays, your order will be shipped the same day. If you order before 8 PM on Sunday, it will be shipped that same weekend. Pre-orders will be delivered on the specified release date.

Orders will only be shipped once all products are in stock. This means your entire order will only be shipped once all pre-order items are also in stock. We therefore recommend placing separate orders if you want to receive your in-stock items sooner.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to change your order yourself. If you'd like to change anything in your order (products, delivery address, etc.), please contact customer service. As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can still make changes.

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical collection point where you can collect your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll automatically receive a track & trace code by email. This email includes a link to track your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation from us. This email contains a link you can click to download your invoice as a PDF.

As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can cancel it. Please contact our customer service .

It is not possible to return the following products to us, and they are therefore excluded from the returns policy:

• Products that contain collector cards where the seal has been removed;
• Products containing collectible cards where the contents have been opened (and may or may not have been resealed);
• (Sleeved) booster packs;
• Booster boxes.

We may refuse returned products outright or charge a depreciation fee based on the following grounds:

• Products that contain collector cards where the seal has been removed;

• Damage caused to the product by the consumer.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay by bank transfer.

You can pay for your order later through Klarna. After placing your order, you have 30 days to pay Klarna.

We offer only original products, no counterfeits. All our Pokémon products are official products of The Pokémon Company.

On this page, we also offer pre-order products. These are products you can pre-order but that aren't yet available. You can find the delivery date on the product page.

Some products may be offered in multiple variations. While the contents of the product are largely the same, there are minor variations that make the product slightly different. Click on the available variation you'd like to order and add it to your shopping cart.

On this page, we offer bundles. These are combinations of products that are more affordable than ordering all the products separately.
