If you order before 10 PM on weekdays, your order will be shipped the same day. If you order before 8 PM on Sunday, it will be shipped that same weekend. Pre-orders will be delivered on the specified release date.

Orders will only be shipped once all products are in stock. This means your entire order will only be shipped once all pre-order items are also in stock. We therefore recommend placing separate orders if you want to receive your in-stock items sooner.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to change your order yourself. If you'd like to change anything in your order (products, delivery address, etc.), please contact customer service. As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can still make changes.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll automatically receive a track & trace code by email. This email includes a link to track your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation from us. This email contains a link you can click to download your invoice as a PDF.

Which products are excluded from returns?

It is not possible to return the following products to us, and they are therefore excluded from the returns policy:
- Products that contain collector cards where the seal has been removed;
- Products containing collectible cards where the contents have been opened (and may or may not have been resealed);
- (Sleeved) booster packs;
- Booster boxes.

We may refuse returned products outright or charge a depreciation fee based on the following grounds:
- Products that contain collector cards where the seal has been removed;
- Products containing collectible cards where the contents have been opened (and may or may not have been resealed);
- (Sleeved) booster packs;
- Booster boxes;
- Damage caused to the product by the consumer.

You can pay for your order later through Klarna. After placing your order, you have 30 days to pay Klarna.
