What types of booster packs are there?
There are different types of Pokémon booster packs that you can purchase. The regular booster packs contain 10 playing cards. The cards from the Sword & Shield series always contain at least 1 reverse holo card and at least 1 rare. The cards from the Scarlet & Violet series always contain at least 2 reverse holo cards and at least 1 holo rare.
A sleeved booster pack is the same as a normal booster pack, only it comes in a cardboard packaging.
You can also obtain the booster packs per 36 pieces, then you will receive a sealed booster box.
What is an Elite Trainer Box?
An Elite Trainer Box, also called an ETB, is a good product to start with a set. It contains many booster packs and TCG accessories. The regular one Sworld & Shield sets include 8 booster packs, since the Scarlet & Violet There are no fewer than 9 sets. There are also many TCG accessories such as sleeves, dice and coins.
What are Pokémon boxes and tins?
Pokémon products can appear in boxes or in tins . We have also made a distinction here on our website. Pokémon boxes contain cardboard packaging, which is usually thrown away afterwards. Pokémon tins are made of a metal, which can still be used to store cards. On the product page you can read what the contents of the Pokemon box or tin are.
Which Pokémon blisters are there?
There are 3 different types blisters released by Pokémon:
- The checklane blister contains 1 booster pack and 1 promo card;
- The premium checklane blister contains 1 booster pack and 3 promo cards;
- The 3-booster blister contains 3 booster packs and 1 promo card.
It varies per product whether it contains a Pokémon coin or not. You can find this information on the product page.
What are Pokémon decks?
Pokémon decks are ready-to-play decks that can be used to play the Pokémon TCG game. These decks consist of 60 cards and contain Pokemon, trainer and energy cards that you need to play the game.
